We have all experienced tiredness from time to time. A good workout, a long day at work, social events, and sleepless nights are explainable reasons that can make you feel tired. Sometimes we realise that we are feeling tired all the time and seemingly for no apparent reason. This is known as chronic fatigue. In the UK the NHS have even coined a term for it, TATT (tired all the time). Chronic fatigue is not normal, and it can adversely affect your life. This is one of the most common reasons for people to see their GP.
