4. Payments and fees

4.1 Pricing

All fees for our programmes and services will be clearly stated before enrollment. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing enrollments unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Payment terms

Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment methods as specified during the checkout process.

4.3 Refund policy

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to request a refund. Refunds may be subject to conditions based on programme access and completion.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Our content

All content, materials, and intellectual property available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Roots Health Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or organizational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for technical failures or interruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roots Health Academy and Intelligent Health Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roots Health Academy, Intelligent Health Ltd, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
