The world that we live in can feel very overwhelming with constant 24 hour news and social media being ever more part of our lives, and it can make us feel more anxious, more uncertain, more stressed and become less productive. This workshop will allow you to reflect on your news and social media consumption, the impact on your mental and emotional wellbeing, and how to make simple and small changes to your news and social media routines, that can help you be part of the world, but not burned out by it.
