More about Clare Kenny

Clare Kenny is a TEDx speaker, keynote speaker and leadership consultant who has spent her career working in and with global corporates. She led global wellbeing strategy in-house at Burberry, and has worked in L&D and leadership consultancies across Europe and Asia - giving her deep expertise in the organisational challenges and structures that large, complex organisations face.

She has partnered with some of the world’s most recognised organisations including KPMG, HSBC, Burberry, Warner Bros Discovery, Novartis, Channel 4 and the Ministry of Justice - and has worked extensively across financial services, professional services, healthcare, tech, retail and the public sector.

Clare’s work is grounded in neuroscience - specifically how chronic stress affects thinking, decision making, collaboration and leadership. She translates complex science into practical frameworks that leaders and teams can use straight away, without it feeling like a lecture.

She also brings lived experience of burnout, anxiety, addiction and late-diagnosed ADHD. This gives her work a depth of authenticity that goes beyond frameworks and data - and is part of what makes it resonate so powerfully in a room.

Clare and Roots Health Academy share a fundamental belief: that sustainable performance requires addressing root causes, not just alleviating symptoms. Their collaboration brings together the physiology of human health with the organisational science of what creates thriving workplace cultures - a combination that is genuinely rare in the market.
